Gavà Mar promenade is wonderful for wandering, with all sorts of bars, restaurants and beach clubs to discover. This is also the perfect place to cruise on your bike or roller blades, and is ideal for family promenades, teaching the kids to ride and enjoying lazy weekends in the sun.
The lush Delta de Llobregat nature reserve is to the east, while the Parque Natural del Garraf to the west has endless mountain trails for hiking and biking, with hilltop towns such as Begues offering plenty of opportunities to take a break and enjoy local refreshments.
